2 100% Full Refund Before Production

You can cancel your order and ask for a full refund if our video editor has not started working on your project yet.

• If you change your mind right after ordering, send us an email immediately.
• If we have not assigned a video editor to your order, you get 100% of your money back.

3 Revisions After Video Delivery

Because video making takes time and hard work, we do not offer cash refunds after we edit and deliver your finished videos. Instead, we give you free changes to make sure you get what you need.

4 What Counts as a Valid Revision?

We are happy to make updates to your videos. Free revisions apply to these situations:

• Fixing spelling mistakes in text captions on screen.
• Changing background music or lowering voiceover volume.
• Replacing a property photo or video clip that you provided earlier.
• Fixing incorrect property details such as price, address, or phone number.

5 How Long Does a Refund Take?

If your refund request gets approved, we will send your money back to your original payment card. It usually takes between 3 to 7 business days for the bank to show the money in your account.
